Capt. Marc Cobos
Captain / Host / Operator / Founder
Capt. Marc's passion for The Peacock Bass started in 2002-2008 when hired to host trips for Rio Negro Tourism / Amazon Tours Brazil, the Pioneer in Peacock Bass Fishing in Brazil. Soon he became operations manager for the Rio Negro Lodge and the Amazon Queen II. In 2009 founded AXF, 2010-2013 managed Aniak River Lodge in Alaska during the summer and winter months organized trips to Brazil.
Charlie Burda
Operator / Business Director
Charlie was born in Fort Worth and has always lived in Texas. He grew up crappie and trout fishing and hunting every chance he got. While attending college at Nacogdoches in east Texas, he became an avid bass fisherman and spent 20 years tournament fishing. He loves being in the mountains especially while fly fishing for trout. Charlie truly loves to be in the outdoors for any reason.

Ze Bodo is our most respect and trusted fishing guide in the Amazon. He knows the fishing routes and hidden spots like the back of his hand. He will ensure that you catch the biggest peacock bass. He has been with Capt. Marc for over 15 years and since AXF was founded. Ze Bodo is your fishing guide lead in your fishing adventure and he commands our guide crew.
